We believe good decisions are based in sound analysis – which doesn’t have to be complicated. Many of these analytical activities are part of our strategy and business planning services, but can also be provided on a stand-alone basis.
Market and Sector Research: Our work is grounded in deep understanding of the people or institutions our clients are trying to serve. We can perform primary (surveys, focus groups, market or demographic profiles) and secondary market research (finding and synthesizing existing research). We also can provide foundations with landscape reports that provide a better understanding of the ecosystems in which they are investing.
Financial Modeling and Social Return on Investment: Our user-friendly financial models allow clients to do scenario-based planning, and understand the financial implications of different paths as well as the impact on measurable outcomes (such as numbers of clients attending a program). Where possible, these models include basic Social Return on Investment (SROI) measures. We provide training and written documentation on how to use the model.
Evaluation Services: We work with our clients to create an evaluation plan that follows evaluation best practices and provides an organization with actionable information. Our evaluation services include data analysis and developing evaluation reports that highlight findings and identify areas for possible refinement or change.
