We work with our clients to help clarify their visions and values of their grantmaking. This process usually involves staff, family/board members, community experts, and grantees. We also research philanthropic trends to provide best practices that can help shape your giving. We have experience developing and managing specialty grantmaking programs on behalf of our clients.

Grantmaking Management and Support

With our deep grantmaking experience, we can help clients manage their grantmaking processes. Assistance may include evaluating existing giving strategies, developing giving guidelines and processes, launching new initiatives, and identifying and developing new partnerships. We can also design communications strategies to support grantmaking efforts.
