Planning Services: Our planning services are based upon the needs of each individual client. We help customers look at the big questions as well as the important details. The work products resulting from our planning services usually include formal written recommendations, a summary of our analysis including detailed backup information and, where applicable, financial modeling tools for scenario-based planning.

Analysis and Evaluation: We believe good decisions are based in sound analysis - which doesn't have to be complicated. Many of these analytical activities are part of our strategy and business planning services, but can also be provided on a stand-alone basis.

Interim Executive Services: Our partners are experienced nonprofit managers and chief executives. We can provide interim and short-term executive services for specific projects, organizational start-ups, and executive director transitions.

Services for Grantmakers: We work with foundations and other grantmaking organizations through a partnership with The Giving Practice, a consulting service of Philanthropy Northwest. Philanthropy Northwest is an association of grantmakers in the Pacific Northwest. Our relationship with The Giving Practice allows us to draw on the expertise of seasoned grantmakers, the resources of Philanthropy Northwest, and the grantmaking practices of its 200 members.
